Useful

"Cardiac Rehabilitation Explained" is a comprehensive and user-friendly resource for anyone who has recently experienced a cardiac event, such as a heart attack, stent placement, or heart surgery. Dr. Warrick Bishop is a cardiac rehabilitation expert who has worked with cardiac patients for many years. Bishop addresses the different types of cardiac events as well as the treatment options available.

The practical suggestions and approaches provided by Bishop throughout the text make this book especially useful. A survival guide - important information about cardiac care post heart attack

Australian author Warrick Bishop earned his degree from the University of Tasmania School of Medicine and serves as an accredited examiner for the Royal Australian College of Physicians, teaching medical students and junior doctors. His specialty is cardiology and he has become a leader in CT Cardiac Coronary Angiography. He has published six books to date, all dealing with practical information about cardiac disease.

Writing in an easily accessible manner with just the right balance between informed medical science and the warmth of doctor/patient relationship. Dr Warrick explains cardiac function, explaining anatomy and physiology in laymen’s terms, the concept of arterial supply, plaque, dysfunctional stimuli, the use of stents and coronary artery bypass grafts, recovery from heart attack, the medications, nutrition, exercise, and all ways to support heart health after heart attack. In short, this helpful guide provides the information for healing from heart attack and staying healthy. Very highly recommended

Interesting medical book

'Cardiac Rehabilitation Explained' is a nonfiction self-help medical book for those who have experienced heart attack, stenting, or had cardiac surgery. The author explains how to recover and rehabilitate but also provides step-by-step instructions on how to live a quality life. This is a very genre-specific book, so I recommend this book to those who seek medical help.

A must read for everyone!

Cardiac Rehabilitation by Warrick Bishop and Alistair Begg is a complete guide for anyone who has experienced a cardiac event. The authors with their experience and expertise have provided critical information regarding cardiac rehabilitation also extensive knowledge about cardiac events occurrence, treatments available and steps anyone should take to improve their cardiovascular health. It's a great educational resource also for someone who is not suffering from cardiac problems. The author is cardiologist, and that's what makes this guide more professional and trustworthy. We have a family history and this guide is all more valuable to me and I will be recommending this guide among my loved ones too. A must-have book for those suffering or just for anyone to follow a healthy living.
